Designed With Caregivers In Mind

Understanding

As a provider within intensive care units, I have interviewed over 600 parents and caregivers on their wellbeing needs. I understand the chronic stress that comes along with being a parent and caregiver. Therapy for caregivers doesn’t focus so much on overcoming a particular problem, but living with uncertainty and building resilience along the way.

Flexibility

Most therapy clinics have rigid cancellation and no show rules. Working with parents of infants and medically complex children, I understand that things come up. I never charge cancellation fees related to illness or medical appointments. Late cancellation fees for other reasons never exceed $25. I offer flexible scheduling and hybrid (in-person/telehealth) options.

Connection

Finding and connecting to resources can be a part-time job in and of itself. In my years of experience, I have connected with many organizations and providers. I’m happy to provide resources and referrals to support the whole family. I can help connect you with child/family therapists, financial grants, Medicaid waiver information, support groups, and many more.
